Aaron Amar Bhamra

Aaron Amar Bhamra works with physical and non-physical presence within spatial contexts. The installation envelope collects fragments in an archive of moments, embodied in various media such as objects, sound, photography and projection. The placement/ installation of these fragments in a specific space acts as a medium in itself, essential to Bhamra’s practice. Placing works allows for further reflection on both found and imagined structures and aspects of the environment that may not be visible at first glance. His intention is to bring language, light, sound and objects into conscious formations that are legible to individual perception and to create a space for conversation. Interacting with these conditions, Aaron Amar Bhamra tries to find a notion in which we can see distinctions and overlaps at the same time.
