What does it feel like to fight every day for something you believe is right? This bachelor's project gives a personal voice to Serbian students who took part in the protests and university blockades of the last year and a half. Through interviews, they speak about what the protests did to them and their community and how this experience changed them as individuals. The film serves as a time capsule, preserving this moment and trying to show what is behind those headlines. The accompanying written thesis examines how Austrian media frame these protests, contrasting it with the lived experiences of the students themselves.
