The Sharing Club is a community-building initiative that aims to balance monetised and pseudo-sharing models by promoting a culture of real sharing and support. It focuses on unlocking the potential of unused assets and resources for the benefit of the whole community. Overconsumption and waste are major challenges for our environment and society. By encouraging sharing, we aim to reduce overconsumption, minimise waste and promote the responsible use of resources. Building trust and fostering real connections are essential to sharing and developing supportive communities. Providing an offline platform for members to share their tools, skills and time enables meaningful interactions and collaboration and fights social isolation. Sharing Club is driven by a vision to respond to pressing social, environmental and community challenges.
