The Bachelor thesis investigates the distinct dwelling type on two scales, its sustainability is assessed in the context of global urban growth using density as a guiding parameter. The applied framework focuses on adequate, affordable, and accessible housing as well as resilient urban fabrics. A future trajectory of mass Tiny House acquisitions is imagined to question whether they would provide a viable solution to contemporary housing crises or foster sustainable settlements for all.
