Projektbeschreibung
The Wind Field, composed of 400 small windmills, aims to catch the motion of the wind. It creates an experimental small-scale wind farm in the middle of the city. In response to “The Lightning Field” by Walter De Maria, the installation draws forth the following questions: What happens when land art reflects on renewable energy systems? Can urban spaces incubate green energy production?
